We're excited to host a Fall Youth Retreat in Trippstadt, Germany! We look forward to having youth (grades 9-12) from across the KMC join together to fellowship with one another and learn more about our Lord, Jesus Christ! 

To register your student for the trip, please complete the following:

1. Submit this registration form.
2. Review the photo/video release listed at the end of this page. 
3. Print and complete the Parent Permission Form linked below. All documents must be original with wet signature. This form provides the necessary information, and grants us the authority to seek medical care for your child in the case of a medical emergency. Submit to one of the following: 

• Your ministry leader (Frontline, Club Beyond, Etc)
• Next Steps Center at Frontine

Retreat Information: 

The retreat fee for all participants is 105 Euro. 

The emphasis of this weekend is Champions for Christ. We will delve into how we model Christlike behaviors and how we seek him through all things. 

The retreat begins at 6pm on November 7th, 2025 and end at 1400 November 9th. Parents are responsible for bringing their student(s) to the youth hostel in Trippstadt between 5:30 - 5:45 pm on November 7th (address included in confirmation email). Parents are also responsible for picking up their students between 1400 and 1430.

Parent Meeting:

Mark your calendars! Join us for the Parent Meeting Monday October 27th from 6:00-6:30pm via Teams. We will share an overview of the retreat, answer your questions, and pray with you for our students and their experience.
