We are inviting you to join the Women's Summer Book Club—a simple, welcoming space to read uplifting books, grow in faith, and encourage one another along the way.
Purpose: To keep women engaging in community throughout the summer months to continue growing together in Christ-likeness
What: Small groups of women reading a “Christian” book
Where: Off site- host will choose a location (home, public park, cafe, etc).
Calvary Hall will be an option on Tuesdays from 0900-1330.
What books: We will provide a list of approved books. If the host wishes to suggest a different book they must submit it for approval by April 10.
Participants are responsible for purchasing their own books.
If you are interested in being a Host, select the "Host" option and book you want.
The Host has the option of requesting a copy of the book provided by Frontline as a thank you for hosting.
Host responsibilities:
-Attend a Host meeting on 14 April 26
-Choose a book
-Choose number of participants you want
- Assist in choosing location
-Will group provide childcare or is it kid friendly?
-Decide how many weeks and set a schedule
-Create a reading schedule
-Communicate with group members
Frontline’s Responsibility:
-Create a list of approved books
-Approve Host
-Assist with plan if needed
